1- Training with the Boxing Bag

The punching bag is designed to simulate a real opponent. Its weight and cylindrical shape closely resemble the human torso.

To help you improve your boxing skills, we will teach you some essential techniques in the following lines:

  • Strike gently and naturally, maintaining a pace that aligns with your breathing and boxing timing.
  • Keep your fists and the punching bag in a constant, circular motion. This promotes synchronization and offensive positioning.
  • Perform three minutes of training, followed by a 30-second break. Repeat this sequence for five minutes, then finish with another three-minute round.
  • Alternate between the punching bag and a fixed punching ball to vary your workouts.

 

Important Tips:

  • Start punching with open hands rather than fists or knuckles. This helps maintain rhythm and prevent excessive force.
  • Make small circular motions in the air before striking the bag.
  • Keep your hands close to the bag to avoid unnecessary movement.
